4.5 star rating	Staff were friendly and helpful.	The airport transfer limousine booked from the UK had been forgotten by the hotel. This caused stress upon arrival after a long flight. The hotel compensated with a room upgrade		20 November 2008

5.0 star rating	Excellent location. 10 minutes walk to Twin Towers and its shopping center. 5 minute walk to monorail station (Bukit Nanas). 7 minute walk to train station (Dang Wangi). 5 minute walk to excellent 24 hour restaurant and take away (NZ restaurant). Hotel swimming pool open until 11pm every night. I recommend that you book breakfast with your stay. The breakfast selection is so huge and varied and is like breakfast, lunch and supper in one. Chicken curry and rice for breakfast! Bring it on. A new shopping mall (Quill City Mall) opened in August 2015 and is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel.		Happy Traveller	13 August 2015
3.5 star rating	Hotel staff customer service was generally good. Rooms equipped with all the necessary items i.e. tea and coffee facilities, fridge, iron, hairdryer. Excellent views of the Petronas Twin Towers from room. Room has comfortable beds, sofa, chair. Could not really fault the hotel except it would benefit from renovation. Excellent location. Reasonable rates.	Hotel rooms are in need of refurbishment as appear very dated. Some electrical connections in room seem patched up and unsafe.
