4.5 star rating	Really nice room, amazing roof swimming pool overlooking the skyline of Kuala Lumpur, comfortable beds and pillows, modern. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it as it is great value for money.	Breakfast could have been better for the standard of the hotel, location not the most central but 5 minutes walk to Rail station (would take 20 mins to reach town centre). TV only had one channel you could see as antenna didn't seem to be working (Though we were not to bothered about it so we didn't even mentioned it to reception).	FJT	28 November 2013

3.5 star rating	Big spacious rooms and apartment. The rooftop pool has an amazing view.	Lack of pillows and towels for a family of five but provided when asked. 2.5 star rating	Rooms are great views are amazing	4 lifts majority of the time 1 only works and takes forever for one to come to your floor. You get stuck in the lift a lot...having to wait for security to get you out. Once the lift was off the floor and the lift shaft was down was bloody scary! Staff are very unhelpful and rude. Checked in and found that plugs weren't working took ages to be moved to another room. You have to leave a deposit for room key...The machine was playing up nut the lady on reception was insistent was my card even though I used two. Staff need to learn how to treat customers!! 2.0 star rating	The size of the room.	Hotel is dusty. Construction is still going on. The rooms decor are falling apart, its a shame for such a potential property not to be maintain.
