4.0 star rating	Whilst the hotel is old it is reflective of the area it is located in Kuala Lumpur. The staff are extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with and their command of English is excellent. The concierge gives accurate and precise advice on taxi charges and travel time. 3.0 star rating	Among the 3 rooms that i booked, one was lousy. The other 2 deluxe rooms looked clean and much more spacious. The breakfast was good for the price that we paid .	My deluxe twin bedroom wasn't good right from the beginning! :( It looked smaller thane the other deluxe rooms. The aircon vent in the bathroom was making a loud noise 24/7. The sink pipe was leaking.The wireless connection was intermittent.The safe was spoilt. The front desk people should be more friendlier and speak ENGLISH! Nothing was done even after reporting to the front desk staff to fix the leaking pipe. We went out and had to deal with it again:( This occurred twice. The other room's tv and wireless connection wasn't working . :( They should seriously improve their front desk staff to be more proactive and to speak better English.	Sara	16 September 2014

3.5 star rating	The receptionist are very polite, friendly and able to accommodate to our needs. The night when we check -in, the room was not available despite we booked online. However, they managed to provide a separate rooms without extra charges for my family and offer us a free lunch or dinner set. Not only that, they try their best to get a family room the next day for us which already been clean before we approach them. This is called initiative which I really like. Location wise is very convenient with petaling street just outside the hotel, free bus to klcc n pavolion where u can shop. Overall happy	The family room is.a.bit small to occupy 4 adults.
