4.0 star rating	Hotel is strategically located opposite Fahrenheit Mall and a short walking distance to Pavillion Mall and Starhill Gallery. Staff were very friendly and courteous.	The room was quite dusty, kept sneezing upon entering the room. Other than that, everything else was fine.		21 October 2013
3.5 star rating	The staff was very polite and professional. Very prompt in dealing with my request to upgrade to another room.	There were instances wen I was greeted with ants around my room (room 607). Im pretty sure it came from around the bathtub area.. N also, on my second night, I came back from shopping at about 11pm, there were no electricity, even when I've inserted the hotel card into the slot. Apparently there were some problem with the circuit breaker because when I went down to the front desk to inform them about it, the staff sent me the security guard to check on it and after a few knocks on the circuit breaker, Voila..! Bt it happened again the following day, the day I was going to check out. We went out in the morning g for some shopping n when we came back, the same problem happened again. I ended up without power and electricity from 11am to 12pm..	shahrul	26 April 2014

3.5 star rating	My room was clean and the wifi was fast and reliable. Sheets on the bed also appeared clean. Attached bathroom was good too. But only for shower. No bathtub. Flatscreen TV got good reception, including HBO and Fox movies. Staff were professional, but seemed reluctant to talk much.	The single rooms are very small. Just big enough for the bed. Not much floor space to lay down a decent size travelling bag. But even more irritating was the fact that the telephones in the rooms do not allow for outside calls, even through the hotel switchboard. To make a call you have to go down to the lobby and give them the telephone number. So private conversations are impossible. This is really annoying if you come from overseas and have to use a personal - and expensive - global roaming service from your home country. Air conditioning worked, but took quite a while to cool down the room. Location in Bukit Bintang area was convenient, but the hotel is in a lane, slightly off the main road, and may be hard to find when you visit for the first time.	Bruce	28 November 2014

1.0 star rating		Totally disappointed with the hotel. No parking at all, got to park at road side and got to pay those so call people to look after your car, they say must pay RM25 daily and have to leave before 12noon if you not parking the next day!!!! The rooms are super small and so noisy at night. I will never book this hotel at Bukit Bintang anymore.	Anonymous	13 September 2015
