3.0 star rating	Breakfast was alright.	Had several occasions here my room card would not open the door. Locks got changed on the door but wasnt informed until i could not enter my room- then had to go back down and have it fixed. Lifts were very slow. Bed was very hard/ uncomfortable. 5.0 star rating	This has always been my hotel choice when i n my partner came to KL. Its just a walking distance to masjid india, a popular weekend flea market. Plus near to KLCC. Easy location to get a cab. Room just nice. Overall all just great.	Just the lift at times abit slow especially during weekend when there is alot visitor or if a funtion going on at the hotel. 4.0 star rating	Our room had tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryer and iron and ironing board. We had a deluxe room with plenty of space, large window with views. The breakfast had plenty of variety, and was well organised when very busy. The Duty manager Mohammed was extremely helpful when we needed a different room.	Carpets need cleaning and also white sheer curtains needed freshening up, but furniture and bedding were very good. Although toilet bowl was brushed everyday I don't think they had the appropriate chemical to remove stains and clean grout in shower.	Chriskifa	07 May 2015
4.0 star rating	The room was small, but styled like a high-end room, clean and nice overall, and the desk has convenient international power sockets. I got a low room rate which was a lot better than similar hotels in the area. The location was also near Little India and the Sentral. Difficult to rate as 3 or 4 star. It has a minimal pool, gym, etc. which is a lot better than nothing. I didn't try the restaurant, but it looks international and hotel style. Many things like Internet, Breakfast, and sauna all cost extra if not included. So I give a 3+ Star. Overall I recommend.	The hotel needs some basic renovation or attention in some parts. Mostly the tiles in the guest hallways don't match the 4 star status of the hotel. Some areas need basic painting. Fix this and other minor things and I will consider the hotel to be a full 4 star hotel. To improve further, I notice there are no towels and similar items near the pool and other public places. These facilities are not used much, but I expect if they where improved, they will be used more often. If I can wear a hotel robe & swimsuit for an casual outdoor breakfast and a swim, then have a towel and things available after, then the hotel will lean further to a 5 star rating.
