3.5 star rating	Furama was very easy to book online with Hotelopia. Hotel staff were very accommodating and easy access to taxis and food at the cinnamon restaurant. The pool was very refreshing.	Our room was clean but the bed sheets and some of the fresh towels had small stains all over them and the shower had mould all around the silicone. 4.5 star rating	The staff at the lobby was really helpful. I was last minute sent to KL and i didnt have anything with me and my phone was running low on battery. The staff lend me his charger and saved me. I was able to contact my friend who came and brought me out for food and stuff. Many thanks to the kindness of the staff. Cheers. Room 806. 4.0 star rating	Good breakfast spread, good location, service staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel behind Berjaya Times Square, very convenient.	Lift seems too small to cope when hotel occupancy is high. Card key in lift not working very well. Same for breakfast area, service staff cannot cope when guest turns up for breakfast. 3.5 star rating	The room and toilet was big which is a plus point. The location of the hotel is near Berjaya Times Square. In terms of food choices, there are numerous food stalls which is within 5 mins walking distance from the hotel so one need not worry about going hungry during the daytime. At night, there are food stalls selling teochew porridge which opens till early hours of the morning.	I had booked for accommodation around 6pm on the same day I was supposed to check in to the hotel. When I arrived the hotel around 1030pm, the hotel manager could not find my booking even after I provided the booking number to him. At that time, there was other customers checking in to the hotel and it seemed that there was no proper system in place for the staff to manage the small crowd of customers who were checking in. During my booking, I had informed the hotel that I wanted a queen size bed. However, upon check in, I was informed that all the rooms who had queen size beds at fully been booked. The hotel manager then contacted housekeeping to arrange the 2 single beds together to accommodate my request. However, when I gone up to the room, I found that nothing was done and had to arrange the beds together on my own. About 10 mins later, the housekeeping staff then knocked my room door to inform me that he was asked to arrange the 2 single beds together. From this experience, I realized that there was no proper coordination between staffs and is definately a lapse in service from a customer viewpoint.	Danny	27 July 2016
