 Wonderful to arrive to smiling faces, friendly and helpful staff and to find a spacious, comfortable room well supplied with all necessities (which are totally absent in many European hotels). We would definitely stay here again.The pool area being closed was a minor inconvenience and totally understandable as the hotel is under renovation. Amazingly this was the only inconvenience.02 October 2013

3.5 star ratingRefurbished room were huge with marble bathrooms, great location with walkbridge to Sungai WangEvery morning breakfast was STONE COLD, told matre de but didn't really care. Even freshly replaced hash browns were cold? Had to put most food through toaster to heat it. This was not a one-off either it was every morning & we stayed 4 nights!Anonymous 23 January 2014
2.0 star ratingBooked to stay for 4 nights.check-in Monday and to check out Friday. Wednesday night just after I fell asleep, heard banging on the door. Got up and headed for the door and saw that someone has already unlatched the door open with a tool in their hand and tried to come into my room. I think it may have been the hotel night manager and security man. when i got to the door and asked what was happening, one of them just said no one was suppose to be in this room and that i was to have checked out at 12. Then the man said "sorry" and left.I thought he would go back to his office and checked it all out and that would be the end of it. But, no, when he got back to his office, he phoned me up in the middle of the night to ask me what was my full name and i felt like I was being Interrogated.I gave him my full name and told him I'm very tired and sleepy and I'm only due to check out on Friday. If there's any errors it must have been made by their hotel staff so checked with them. After that I couldn't get any peace of mind for my remaining holidays. I was worried they may also go disturb my parents who are in their 80s and staying in the adjoining room. I don't know why they cannot approach the guest during the afternoon or evening If the check out time is at 12 noon.Instead they choose to force themselves into the guest room while the guest is asleep.There must be some kind of rights for the paying guest. The other issue was my room hot water wasn't hot enough. I reported it but there was no change. Anonymous 27 January 2014

3.0 star ratingGood location.Management allow guest to smoke in restaurant where family and children eating together.Chef dont know how to make half boil eggs.For 3days blown bathroom light not repalce.Bring to management attention but nothing is being done.It not the workers fault I think the manager is not doing his job by letting all this things to happen. 4.0 star ratingVERY close to shopping malls / food outlets. Check in and out was fast. taxis in the area are plentiful. Ordered an EXECUTIVE room which, according to their website came with a bar would be RE_PLENISHED daily. However, this consisted of 1 x x coca cola and 1 7up and 3 x pkts (25gm) of mixed nuts. and WAS NOT replenished while we were there. I was told by the reception staff that the executive have only just been remodelled, although there was mould around the bathtub and the basin door kept falling off. Apart from that, value for money and I/we would PROBABLY stay there again grumpy02 December 2014

3.5 star ratingthis is my second time choose to stayed in this hotel, because first time stayed was gave me good impression of the hotel service and cleanliness room and breakfast good too. But this time was very unhappy because we got offered a very bad, dirty and disgusted family room when we check in mid nite at 1am. the toilet not working well, blocked and old. really disappointed and after complaint to the staff , he was offered me to changed the room from 1010 to 1510 the next day when the room available. thank you. I believed some rooms are needed to be upgrade and carpet change or renew. and the breakfast menu very bad than 1st time I stayed 2 years ago. such a wastes if guests don't eat and dislike the foods. Service staffs also slow to refill the foods, empty and need to wait for sometime and inform.Australian12 July 2016

4.5 star ratingHave been staying at this hotel a few times a year for the last 5 years. It is in a perfect location right next to all the best shopping malls and street food in Bukit Bintang. Yet not near any bars or nightclubs so you can still have a great nights sleep. The rooms have been renovated and are kept very clean. Everything you need is in walking distance from the hotel and the monorail is within a 100mtrs of the hotel.Unfortunately some rooms are still undergoing renovation so a little noise between 10am - 6pm. Hence why the nightly rates are still fantastic.Daquinx03 May 2016
