Stains on rugs and furniture Floor wasn't cleaned properly. I was travelling with two toddlers that crawl and play on floor, wasn't suitable or clean for them. 3.0 star rating	check in was in order and staff quite friendly	As an International Hotel Chain you need to cater food for your international guests, Eg Pork bacon and range of sausages etc. Your swimming pool clothing conduct is just ignored, i have seen so many women with jabers in the pool.	longterm	16 January 2017
4.0 star rating	Hotel was very nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast selection and restaurant cleanliness was great. Most staff were very friendly especially the door porters. The option of having our own washing machine and tumble dryer was a great benefit. The hotel layout was superb with a great fun swimming pool on the 5th floor between the two buildings. Overall hotel itself is visually stunning but outside conditions can't be helped I suppose.	Hotel was in a construction site as well as by the flyover so lots of noise, especially the little motorcycles reviving away. We asked to change to the other buildings which helped with sleeping at night. The was some thing I found odd which was the aircon seemed to be suckling all the moisture out of the room. I found I was needing water all the time with a dry throat. This was same in both rooms. We haven't had this issue in penang hotel where we are now.	Afoiz	19 March 2016

3.5 star rating	The shuttle bus was a nice option the pool was great. staff were polite and helpful	Internet was really bad Cleaning services wasn't as good as the Residence. not up to the expected standard of Fraser chain. the room needed cleaning even after we just checked in.
