4.5 star rating	Lovely room and appreciated being upgraded given availability. Spacious and very clean. Didn't use facilities as no time such as pool, but would have liked too relax as very inviting.	Room service took awhile, eg: cleaning shoes, put out in evening and by morning still not done, despite ringing previous evening.Had to ask for within half hour before checking out. When done however, very good job. Whist I appreciate words of warning due to bag snatching etc I think it was bait off putting as it was said to me as I left hotel for a walk too.	Amh	11 October 2012
5.0 star rating	Love the swimming pool, and the side cafe by the Hotel for staff for a quick and cheap meal. Taxi service to Airport was also very convenient		Naidu	08 February 2013

3.5 star rating	SchÃ¶nes Hotel, sehr gerÃ¤umige Zimmer mit Balkon. GroÃes FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cksbuffet.Gute Lage.	Servicce sehr unprofessionell wir warteten 80 min !!! auf einen Aschenbecher. FrÃ¼hstÃ¼cksbuffet groÃ aber nicht unbedingt etwas fÃ¼r EuropÃ¤er wer isst denn frÃ¼h unbedingt japanisch, indisch oder chinesisch. Das ist nicht jedermanns Sache.	mario.n	20 May 2013
4.0 star rating	We rate the hotel as a 5 star hotel with all the necessary luxury and amenities. There are a variety of food offered for breakfast.	However regarding breakfast the service for omelette and 'Roti' should be quicker instead of having to wait for more than 10 minutes. 2.5 star rating	Good location. Nice pool. Great breakfast.	Our Deluxe Twin Room was tired and getting a bit shabby and there was also mould in the shower. The makeup mirror was broken, the TV stopped working and the staff were unable to fix it. The wifi in the room did not work and the modem that staff delivered to the room to correct the problem also did not work. We raised the above issues with reception and concierge staff and both did not give any apology or offer anything to improve our stay. To top off our stay we organised an airport taxi through the hotel to ensure we made it to the airport safely and on time. Firstly the hotel got the pick up time wrong and secondly the driver dropped us off at the wrong airport, even after we had confirmed our flight details with the hotel concierge and then with the taxi driver. We had to catch a train to the correct terminal and then make our way to the check in- rushing to make it on time. I also filled out a survey with the hotel and I am yet to hear back from them about my comments. Overall I was not impressed by the service and professionalism of the hotel staff.
