5.0 star rating	Vi bodde hÃ¤r i sex dagar. Hotellet var toppen pÃ¥ alla sÃ¤tt. Det finns fler restauranger i hotellet dÃ¤r alla utom en var riktigt bra. Frukostbuffen var super! Personalen var proffsiga och hjÃ¤lpfulla. Poolen fungerade fÃ¶r vuxna som litet barn. Fanns ett jÃ¤ttebra lekrum. HelnÃ¶jda!!		Jempa	22 December 2012
4.5 star rating	Great location, great value, great stay!	Just one afternoon upon returning to my room and it wasn't cleaned yet even though I'd left the green housekeeping light on when I left the room late morning. But no big deal - quickly fixed when I called.	Keith	07 April 2013

5.0 star rating	This is a fantastic hotel in a great location. We stayed just one night for some r and r after exploring Borneo and loved it. Rooms are big and very comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful, pool and gym facilities are impressive and the cost was great value for money. Highly recommend this hotel.	None		01 October 2013

4.5 star rating	The apartment room is very spacious	Poor accessibility was the the only poor comment about the hotel. We have to walk a long in order to access to the hotel as it is located across a major road where crossing is merely impossible. 5.0 star rating	We stayed at the resindences, serviced apartments, ove the swimming pool, buffet breakfast and super friendly and polite staff. Its walking distance to Pavillion megamall and all the eating spots in KL city.	There should be a steam room /sauna available to guests.	Chenneys	04 January 2015
3.5 star rating	The room is relatively big and clean.	The breakfast spread could be ipmroved. Pancakes and waffles are unevenly cooked. The fruit juices tasted diluted as compared with other hotels. The nasi lemak is not up to Malaysia standard. The staff in the cafe were not alert to clients' needs. You have to ask for your coffee and when you when for additional food, they simply clearded your entire table settings, food and all. They thought that the client had left.	Anonymous	28 March 2015

3.0 star rating	Bog standard international chain hotel	Service and attention to detail has gone downhill since the Pullman takeover of the Prince. Wouldn't have stayed anywhere else when in KL previously, due to the exceptional standards of service. We'd stayed at the Prince 4 times previously. However, a fifteen minute wait for check-in, dealing with customer concerns poorly, lack of information provided in the room, no one helping with our luggage, no dressing gowns in the room, etc. will have me staying elsewhere on our next visit to KL.
