4.5 star rating	Great hotel with lots of attention to detail like the volume lowering when on the phone. It's a pity they do not have wifi on all the floors though but you do get to use the internet using a LAN cable. Also I would recommend going to the skybar for the great views of the Petronas towers and going for a dip in their swimming pool, though you will need to be a good swimmer as there is an audience around you. The views from the steam room and sauna are also great.			16 June 2009

5.0 star rating	Excellent location, great view of the twin towers. Pool lovely and relaxing place to chill in the day. Sky bar was great as well. Service always great from every member of staff we dealt with. Worth the upgrade to traders club room, we had one with a view of the towers as well which was great. 5.0 star rating	Hotel was beautiful, staff was professional and helpful. Room is clean and was automatically given a room with a view of KLCC even though that was not what I paid for. When I requested for a late check-out, without checking, the staff recognized me and informed me that as a special guest, late check-out had automatically been extended to me already.
