4.0 star rating	Stuff in the kitchen was very good, very helpful, communicating and always there for us. Keep it up	We arrived at 3am and found our room not prepared despite making several communications regarding expected arrival times. I sent an e-mail from the airport lounge to say we have been furtger delayed and our new ETA is between 2am and 4am, however we found the room still to be fitted an extrabed for my kids even though they knew room must sleep 2 adults and 2 children. I had a confirmation e mail from my last communication confirming room will be ready on arrival. The ladt thing we wanted was further delays at hotel aftr soending 12Hrs at Hong kong airport due to the typhoon. Guys please improve and your room arrangements must be clearly defined with regard to bedding configuration NOT to give us an extra bef when your photos show permanenty fitted beds to sleep four people	TyphoonVictim	10 October 2015

3.5 star rating		Das Hotels entsprach in keinster Weise den Anforderungen an ein 5 - Sterne Hotel. Der Fruehstuecksraum war auf den ersten Blick okay, beim naeheren Hinsehen karg und schmutzig. Das betraf Polsterstuehle, bei denen das Innenleben unten raushing bis hin zu unsauberer Auslegware, was im Uebrigen in den Zimmern ein grosser Grund zur Beanstandung war.Der Poolbereich war schmutzig und ungepflegt.Wir reisen viel, vor allem in Sued-Ost-Asien. 4.5 star rating	The staff was very helpful. My mother, who is on a wheel chair was with us. The staff members rushed to help us. Never did I have to ask for help. Location is excellent and most of the tourist areas are at a walkable distance. Yet not too close to noisy streets. Rooms were kept immaculately clean. Things were well organised. View was outstanding. We got more than what we had bargained for. Thank you Hotelopia for recommending this hotel to us.	Some of the furniture is old and paint ketting scrathched. 3.5 star rating	The location of the hotel is good within the golden triangle and walkable to the sights such as the petronas towers and china town . The pool roof top looks nice with a bar although we didn't have time to swim in it.	This certainly isn't a 5 star as suggested on arrival we carried our own luggage up the ramps and to the room. The room although was large smelt like stale cigarettes . The breakfast is pleasant but also not a 5 star rating as suggested.		23 October 2013

2.5 star rating	The Lunar is good with good view. The room is spacious with Kitchen.	The room is dirty and old. Air-conditioner is not good. I felt very hot in the room until I called the hotel to repair.	Jay	18 August 2016
4.0 star rating	The One Bedroom Suite was huge!	The bathtub water pressure was terrible, and it took me 30 minutes to fill the bathtub up. By the time it was full, the water was already tepid. Showerhead in the tub did not work as well. Could do with more air-con vents in the room area.	Shu	01 December 2016

4.5 star rating	The room was spacious and well appointed. The shower was nice and breakfast had a good selection, although no bacon. Hotel is close to restaurants and bars.	The hotel is looking worn in parts and could do with a facelift. The wifi made you go through the login process every time you logged on the Internet. 3.5 star rating	Very good location: next to Menara Tower, walking distance to Petronas Towers and nearby Monoral stations. Pool on 34th floor with a view over city	My room had strange smell at the beggining. Next day water started dropping down from the ceilling and no one during cleaning noticed that altough water and some pieces of the ceiling were on the floor. Finally I received a new room. The other bad experience I had was about room key. I thought I had lost it. I found it next day but hotel charged me for a lost key anyway.	JoanWu	18 February 2016
