4.5 star rating	The location is excellent as it is nearby the Petronas twin towers and five minutes walk away from the nearest LRT station. Food is delicious with a wide selection available at the breakfast buffet. I especially appreciated the welcome cookies that were given upon check-in, which was scrumptiously tasty. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room decor and furnitures is modern and tastefully decorated. Room was very clean and everything is still new so that's another plus.	With regards to the standards found in the hotel, i was expecting a bathtub to be present in every room. Sadly, this did not happen and i had to make do with a rainfall shower instead which in itself is delightful. But still, the lack of bathtub does hamper the overall experience.	Nad	01 May 2012

4.5 star rating	We booked this hotel as a last minute booking. We needed a family room and the terms of the booking stated that the room would take up to two children with two adults. When we arrived they offered us a room with one double bed and one single. After travelling all day we were not happy about it as the room terms and description were very unclear. However, the manager did resolve the problem and managed to find a room that could accommodate 2 additional single beds. It was a tight squeeze but they resolved it very quickly and we were settled in the room within an hour. The hotel itself was very clean, very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, following the circumstances of our check-in we were very satisfied and enjoyed our stay.	The room terms are misleading and need to be better clarified so that you know exactly what you are getting. It is not easy to walk to many places from the hotel, so a taxi or public transport is needed to get around.	maxwell	02 January 2013
4.0 star rating	Nice new hotel. Nice pool with jacuzzi. Nice gym. Deluxe room is clean but a bit below par since this is a Hilton - expected more. Nice sofa in room, though. 5.0 star rating	Fabulous hotel. Love the location. Service is great. The service was exceptional; the breakfast and evening meal was amazing with such a range of food to choose from. Highly recommend! The excellent Executive lounge team serves very nice food and beverages with nice cozy sitting on the 34th floor with nice looking over the mountains and greenery The rooms are modern, clean and very well equipped. 5.0 star rating	Slight wait for check-in however the lady doing the check-in was wonderful (KIM). It was our first wedding anniversary and the staff made our stay very special. It was above our expectation in regards to the attention to the small details. The guy making up the rooms on our floor was always very friendly and always greeted us when we saw him on the way in and the way out in the morning which was a perfect start to the day. The food for the breakfast was excellent.	Distance from train station. Also the sign in the train station to the hotel makes you go the harder way (crossing the road). Taxi arrangement was a bit confusing, we paid RM100 from the airport to the hotel yet we had to pay RM150 to the airport. we met another guest who was not happy with the taxi charges. 5.0 star rating	Stayed here in Oct 2015 for 8 nights and WOW. This is far by the best hotel we have stayed in the lobby and rooms spotless with all the amenities. Loved the iced lemon tea and the Cookies they are to die for. This hotel has a habit of saying yes to its guests, they really go out of thee way to please. The breakfast was awesome with sections of the room with different cuisines. Mr Tan at the reception spent over 30 mins helping me with emails and printing which I was very impressed by. The hotel itself is in the best location you can ask for with shops just at walking distance. With taxi on standby 24hrs. Will be checking in soon at Doubletree by Hilton in KL soon again. 4.5 star rating	This is a big hotel in the centre of the city. Attached are a number of restaurants, coffee shops, good supermarket in the basement, a few other retail outlets - so you can get all you need here. Staff so friendly & helpful. Good pool, super gym, all looks nearly brand new.	Hotel food outlets expensive, drinks very expensive, if being picky buffet dinner & breakfast amazing choice but occasional dip in quality. 5.0 star rating	Very pleasant and polite staff. Very willing to assist and very professional. Rooms very modern and clean. Very comfortable beds and good amenities. Hotel situated inside a small mall with various dining options, pharmacy, supermarket and some shops within. Excellent breakfast restaurant with a great selection of interntional cuisines.	When speaking to staff about extending my stay, I was directed towards using the internet and checking various hotel booking sites rather than being assisted with reservation queries in person. Found this very peculiar. Travel and tourist information was very limited at the concierge desk except for tours designed by the hotel itself. A map was provided and tickets were available to purchase for the hop on hop off bus however, the various ticket options were not given. Very frustrating as wasted a few days of trip not knowing where to go apart from the obvious tourist spots.
