2.0 star rating		The staff are friendly and helpful. However, the room is not maintained well. Two of the table lamps in the junior suite that we stayed were not working. Hence, the whole room is quite dark. Also, the toilet is not properly cleaned. There were some hair on the toilet floor and on the toilet seat. We also had problems with the WIFI, we had to call the reception to reset the access a few times.	Angel	23 December 2014
3.0 star rating	Dining room staff helpful. Buffet breakfast very good.	Aircon control was inoperative and we FROZE. Technician said the valve controlled by the thermostat was faulty and he was unable to fix it. The water supply to the shower was uncontrollable and we got burnt and then froze. The TV had to be changed as the screen colour was a mess of colours. Car park is very difficult to access and exit.	John	03 January 2015
3.0 star rating	Walking distance to attractions in the vicinity. Competitive rates (but still high considering the facilities) compared to nearby hotels. Breakfast was reasonable/ above average.	Found my room made up on at least 2 occasions when I clearly displayed "Privacy Please" sign. Some buttons on elevators appeared faulty, did not light up with touch. Flushing was frustrating - waste matter reappeared, as if playing hide-and-seek with me. Internet server was apparently down and I could not gain access.	Reza	20 March 2015
