The rooms were not cleaned properly we had to ask them three time to clean the bath tub and sink- the bath tub was used on the first day and not cleaned until the 8 th day of our stay. 4.5 star ratingFriendly staff. Great room and brilliant bathroom. Some parts of the hotel were under renovation so some of the facilities were not in operation. They were not flexible at all with the reservation and had absolutely zero tolerance with late checkout. I ended up paying almost one additional night for the additional 5 hours of extended stay. I usually stay at the Westin next door, they are more accommodating and I keep coming back. Ritz rooms are better, but I will only come back if Westin is fully booked, like this time. 4.0 star ratingWas upgraded and placed in a newly renovated room so the room was very good. Staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests and queries. Food was good and service staff were on hand to assist at any time. Amminities in the room and the furnishings were good and comfortable as well.1) Although was given a newly renovated room, there was a constant sound coming from the aircon ducting. Took me a little longer to fall asleep as a result. However, was too lazy to change rooms. 2) There was no carparking for me to park my car. I understand it is because of the renovation works. However, I feel that it should have been highlighted in your website so potential guests can make the choice of not staying because of this. We were not so affected as we did not have many luggage, but if we did and had to walk from Starhill, it would be very troublesome.DC05 November 2015

4.0 star ratingAll staff are friendly, smiley and helpful (almost overwhelming!) Room is spacious, clean and newly renovated. The butler service is pretty awesome, you can order tea/coffee/juice any time you want. I mentioned we were celebrating my mum's birthday, was given lots of surprises with cakes, candles and staff singing. Overall, an amazing stay. Due to renovation, we need to walk quite a bit to the other wing from the reception or from being out in the town. i requested a room on a high floor with a view. 5.0 star ratingThe concierge lady, Natalie greeted us pleasantly. We were given the option and we chose a smoking room and the highest floor. We we also able to check in earlier which was good because we were tired from the flight. The service rendered was excellent. I wrote that I was on honeymoon and my room was made up pretty nicely and we even got a cake and a bowl of fruits! We were really happy. Breakfast was great too! Natalie, as well as the other hotel staff were really helpful. Kudos! Keep it up. It will be better if there is a straight lift to go the cobalt room for breakfast.
