5.0 star rating	Wirklich tolle Appartements. Alles sauber, das Personal sehr hilfsbereit, die Zimmer ein Traum, mit Klima und Ventilator, was gut ist wenn man leicht Halsschmerzen hat. Und obwohl Ã¼berall um uns herum gebaut worden ist, hat man von dem LÃ¤rm im Zimmer nichts mitbekommen, nur beim Pool war es sehr laut, aber dafÃ¼r kann das Hotel ja nichts. bei der Abreise konnten wir den Poolbereich noch nutzen und duschen. Einzig bei der Taxibeschaffung ist das Personal keine Hilfe wenn der Taxifahrer mal wieder nicht mit Taxameter fahren will. FÃ¼r ein Taxi zum Flughafen haben wir 80 bezahlt obwohl Taxameter nur auf 57 rm kam	Es gibt nichts	Eljay118	18 November 2010
4.5 star rating	V nice hotel,, very clean, large suite rooms, very well presented, lots of facilities, I liked the swimming pool and the steam room etc. Overall 7 out of 10 due to niggles below.	Toilet paper not very comfy, even worse than the really cheap nasty value stuff that they sell in UK supermarkets. The hot breakfast buffet food was far too greasy, with flies on fresh food, no orange juice. I had trouble connecting to free wifi with my blackberry playbook, it wanted me to pay 600RM for a months access, all I wanted was 10 minutes, so I gave up. My average wait time for the lift/elevator was over 90 seconds. The stairs were for use in a fire only so you had to use the lifts even for going 1 floor!	onlineo	24 February 2012
4.0 star rating	excellent location, spacious room, very comfy bed, complimentary mini bar (soft drinks, water	no air con in corridor throughout hotel, air con loud in the room, breakfast was average at best and the food was not of the same quality we had everywhere else in Malaysia.		22 April 2012
3.5 star rating	The suite was very spacious, very clean and exceeded my expectations.	The pool was not availble due to a 'private function' on 29th Nov. I had not been advised of this in advance which was dissapointing. No alternative pool or discount was offered, again very dissapointing. Not a huge choice of food at breakfast.	Mike	02 December 2012
