2.0 star ratingMy family and I arrived at the hotel after a long journey only to find that the room had just one double bed for a family of four. The staff were only willing to put us in a room with two beds if we paid an extra 50 ringgit. When I searched for the room I put into the search engine that there were 2 adults and two children so I have no idea why they thought a room with one bed would be suitable. Anonymous 04 June 2014
