4.0 star rating	Breakfast was pretty good for the price of the hotel, very clean facilities, room was nice. If you can, get a pool bungalow, those are beautiful! Staff are very friendly and can reserve Bali excursions through the hotel and would recommend that since the level of trust from outside vendors could be questionable. There's a sports bar attached to the hotel, which was great cause we got to watch the Superbowl there!	Room was clean everyday, but not enough lighting so it was very dark inside.	C	18 February 2013

5.0 star rating	Excellent service; I've been to Thailand, the apparent land of smiles, but i'm pretty sure the hotel staff at Bali top any customer service experience and friendliness that I enjoyed in Ramayana Resort. 4.0 star rating	Good hotel with great staff and good breakfast buffet.	Pool is somewhat small. Sportsbar with big screen showing rugby matches, which means loud cheering crowds. Music is played (loudly) untill midnight and can be heard in the rooms.	Anonymous	06 May 2014
