5.0 star rating	My husband and I loved the Rama. We were upgraded from a twin delux to a superior deluxe the morning after we arrived. The room was lovely and clean, and always smelled good. The pool and restaurant and bar were all well cared for and clean. It all looked really good too. The food and drinks were great. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. They introduced themselves and learnt our names and nothing was too much trouble for any of them. The area is great too. It is quieter than central Kuta and the locals are polite as well.	The only thing that disappointed my husband was the pool bar not in use, but you can still sit there and have a drink, so it wasn't a really bad thing.	Perthette	14 May 2013

4.5 star rating	Lovely hotel very clean and Spacious rooms with great amenities grounds and gardens beautiful. Staff was reasonably friendly breakfast ok . The pool is lovely ,I would stay at the hotel again and recommend to friends.	Breakfast was ok food could be hotter and maybe cater abit more for westerners ie: vegemite. Also in the rooms could do with a clothes airer out on the balcony to hang wet bathers and clothes. Also or toilet kept running all night so we had to turn tap of every nght so we could sleep. Pool bar staff could come to sun beds to see if u would like a drink rather than having to go to bar all the time.	kelly	02 March 2015
4.0 star rating	Great pool area , nice peaceful location , close to beach , well equipped gym	Lots of mosquitos about this hotel complex , deluxe room we were allocated 344 was decent but is probably due some upgrading and remedial works within bathroom area particularly .	Anonymous	20 October 2016
3.5 star rating	The pool area was nice and the grounds were lovely and well kept	The shower/bath had a major leak when it was used and flooded the bathroom floor so we had to put down 3 bath mats and towels on the floor every time we used the shower just so we could step out of it without stepping into a massive pool of water. We had to explain this to housekeeping everyday and request extra bathmats etc.	Anonymous	16 October 2016
