2.5 star rating	Massive rooms, quiet & close to what we needed.	Staff are up & down with timing, security & staff ignored our request for no visitors or calls numerous times, rooms are out of date , only 4 channels on tv, no safe in the room, no WIFI that you can actually connect too, house keeping were 7am one morning, 4pm the next. 4.5 star rating	Room 3406 was wonderful. We booked a delux room. Originally we were put in a dark room with a small balcony and a view only of other buildings. We were not convinced this was a delux room and asked to be moved to another room. We were placed in 3406 and it was perfect. Lots of windows, fridge, kettle, bath robes. A view of the sea through the trees (mostly trees).	Our first room on the fourth floor was not great, it was dark, had no fridge and no view.	Dee	10 August 2016
2.0 star rating	Location is good.	The room and the hotel building is very old. We booked for three persons and got a price for three but the staff in the reception told us upon arrival that we had to pay extra for extra bed. We didn't get enough towels in the room and we also got a room without refrigerator. The equipment in the gym did not work at all.	Anonym	25 May 2016
1.0 star rating	Nothing positive except the location	I arrived not expecting too much for the price, but I did expect better than this. Room was up 2 very dangerous flights of stairs, when asking to move I got told to just wait. Door handles falling off in the room, hairdryer was rusted and looked like it was electrocute you. Bathroom was horrendous, toilet did not stop running, no towels. When asking for towels 3 times, I got told I'd just have to wait (when all you want on arriving is a shower). Back door leading out of room looked very dangerous, also had dirty sheets and bed bugs. I did not even stay the night, after half an hour in that bed I relocated at 1:30 in the morning. 8th time in Bali and was truly a horrific arrival experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expect my worst enemy.	Do not stay	09 June 2016

4.0 star rating	Great staff, very helpful...pools were fabulous...close to all amenities and eateries..... very cheap accommodation, so you get what you pay for..... I thought it was fine.....	A couple of power failures, so had to move rooms. Previous occupiers empty shampoo and soap left in bathroom.... dirty shower curtain...........otherwise I liked staying at this hotel.....
