4.0 star rating	The rooms are in real need of a face lift , toilets were very run down , the staff were outstanding , anything we asked fir we got within 5 mins , fantastic service , the restaurant staff were superb , we were with family who stayed at the hardrock , and they came to kuta station every night , just like to mention agung and wyam , who treated us like royalty , keep it up	Really needs a pot of paint in the rooms , we arrived after booking with hotelopia .... 5.0 star rating	We found all the staff, facilities, food and location at the Kuta Station excellent and couldn't have asked for more in a hotel. It's definately value for money and more, we have stayed in Bali five times now and really found our holiday experience a gem. PS: Use the gym at this hotel the instructor is a blast of a person and really good value. So thank-you to all the staff, right down to the security men out the front, we will be back.	Not really however perhaps more sun beds at the pool, however l am sure if you missed out of getting one they would happily bring on out of storage.	Mr Dick	14 August 2014

4.5 star rating	In the heart of Kuta with great facilities and family friendly.	The way the access to the Internet was organised was hopeless. 3.5 star rating	Approachable and attentive staff and management , excellent location , great pool area with pool bar. This is our second stay at this particular hotel , the first being October 2014 , and both times , the professionalism , friendliness of staff and management have been consistently great-thanks very much , well done!	During our first week , housekeeping really let the hotel down-our bedsheets not changed when we checked in , toilet rolls and facial tissues not replenished three or four times , we went to hypermart and bought our own toilet tissues , bathroom floor and toilet not cleaned.HOWEVER , second week such a marked improvement , bathroom floor cleaned properly every day along with the toilet , there was always a pool of water on shower floor that never drained , footwear while showerinfg was required , we mentioned the drainage problem to staff two or threet imes , at one stage they attempted to fix , though situation didn`t seem to change. 4.0 star rating	Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food was as good as anywhere we ate and in some meals even better. Pool was a good size and well maintained.	first room we had was really smelly but when we asked to move they were very accomdating and the second room was much better. 2.5 star rating	Staff were very nice!	Air conditioner broke down about 5 times while staying here for 7 nights.. Rooms have a very damp smell... Breakfast in the morning was not really for westerns! More for Chinese Also on arrival I booked 3 queen size rooms all on ground floor, received email saying this would all be ok. We get there one room up stairs another room 2 single beds and they joint them together and other was right...	Chell	17 March 2015
5.0 star rating	Awesome presentation of room upon arrival, staff very friendly with check in and check out, Had issue with tv and had maintenance arrive with in 5 minutes or less, Excellent house keeping staff, always nice and clean what you need 20% Discount at hotels restaurant which was excellent, complimentary breakfast even with not booking breakfast, Excellent variety of food and great quality	Hotel was going through routine maintenance and upgrades but they always did it so guests wouldn't be effected	Anonymous	18 May 2015

4.0 star rating	Friendly staff, nice pool and facilities	Night club at the back of the hotel plays loud music from 12pm until 9am in the morning Wednesday to Saturday kept us all awake. Twice I saw a rat running in and out of the kitchen. Bathroom smelled like sewerage sometimes and the sheets didn't fit the bed so kept coming off all night.	Gnani	19 August 2015
