4.0 star rating	It is in a very good position , staff are professional and very courteous; they understand that we are on vacation and act accordingly. The hotel has character, it is not one of this big machines which are all similar and where you do not really know where you are geographically: it is BALI and every room corridor and stairs remind you where you are.	nothing really negative apart that some rooms will need renovation but not too rundown.	good location good breakfast	17 March 2017
3.5 star rating	Water stations and drink bottles provided for the kids, reasonable drink prices at the pool bar, room service food tasty and all so reasonable priced, choice of 3 pools great for a change of scenery during the day and the staff were all very polite and accommodating to the children.	Kelapa pool area was muddy around flagstones, breakfast area was closed moved to the old part of hotel which was very warm at breakfast, HQ pool was falling apart as was the decking around it making it unsafe. 3.5 star rating	Good location and layout. Three separate pool areas, beach access.	Hotelopia stuffed our booking and hotel charged us extra for child bed that was not specified in the booking. Rooms are dated and smelling, in need of renovations. Most of the staff don't speak English well to our surprise and the overall customer service is just not at Balinese standards. Breakfast is limited and doesn't change, many mishaps with reception and booking service, wrong charges to the room. Spa is overpriced and very average...try Smart Spa down the road for half price. No music, no atmosphere or interaction around pools, not lively at all.	Anonymous	06 August 2016
