All rooms are modern and luxurious with private balcony. Guests are also welcomed to take a dip at the outdoor swimming pool or take advantage of the wide range of locally-based activities which people of any fitness level can do. For a perfect end of the day, guests can visit the restaurant, where Asian delicacies are served.

1.0 star rating	breakfast staff courteous and friendly	hotel filthy pool green,timber decking around pool rotten with holes everywhere and rats running around the pool areaone nearly ran into our room,car park looks like a tip rubbish everywhere,photos in web site must be 20 years old looks nothing like that now.the place is a disgrace and i have photos to prove my statements.staff allow bus loads of teenagers to run around at 2.30 in the morning running around the place screaming there heads off,and not game to challenge them.do not contemplate going there for a few dollars more you can find a beautiful hotel,hotel bene for example.	lacky	23 April 2016
1.5 star rating	I can't think of any	On arrival, no cool towl or drink as usually experienced in a 4 star rated hotel. Shown to a room that hadn't been cleaned, bedding dirty. Waited 1.5 hrs for them to clean another room for us. Breakfast was supposed to be international but has a limited choice of toast or a couple of rice dishes. Only fruit option was watermelon. The spar and children's play rooms were shut and out of action the whole 10 days. The bar was only open from 4 to 8pm. No hairdryer in room, only one glass for us to share.on the 3rd night a coach load of kids arrived at around 10pm and were running up and down the corridors ringing door bells and calling room phones until nearly 3am, a few other guests checked out at this point. Unfortunately we decided to not waste money moving to another hotel, but in hindsight wished we had. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXPENSIVE 2STAR HOSTEL, DEFINITELY NOT FOUR STAR AS STATED ON THEIR POSTERS AND WEBSITE	collins	03 March 2016
4.5 star rating	The rooms are fantastic and very clean. The location is brilliant with great shops close by. the beach is in walking distance. Loved the breakfast but the restaurant and room service only had a choice of rice or noodles. We had both and they are fantastic. the pool bar was closed which was very disappointing and the decking around the pool needs work done on it. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A beautiful hotel and really enjoyed our stay.	Pool Bar being closed. The decking and pool lounge bed needs fixing. 2.5 star rating	Hotellipersonal oli abivalmis	Hotell oli rÃ¤pane,basseini Ã¤Ã¤res oli 3pÃ¤evitus tooli ja kÃ¶ik olid katki,basseini Ã¤Ã¤rne puidust ala oli lÃ¤bi mÃ¤danenud, tÃ¤is ohtlikke aukke ja naelu.Bassein oli must,tÃ¤is lehti ja risu.Toad olid vÃ¤ga kulunud ja kogu hotell vajab renoveerimist.Suur pettumus, maksimaalselt kahe mitte nelja torni hotell.
