The hotel is nestled against the shores of Bali's famed Kuta beach in the heart of Bali's entertainment and shopping district. It is approximately a 10-minute drive from Bali Airport. The beach hotel is a place where guests can rekindle the atmosphere of the past 40 years of rock and roll culture. It features 418 tribute rooms and suites fit for a rock star, which are well-equipped with all modern amenities. The rooms are beautifully decorated with memorabilia and icons which give an impression of the development of music, fashion and arts, celebrating artists from the last 40 years. Guests can avail of the outdoor swimming pool, the gym and the hot tub and sauna. Breakfast is served as a buffet. Lunch and dinner may be selected from a set menu or taken Ã la carte. Guests who come to this hotel will feel like a star.

1.5 star rating		The is the first time we stayed in Hard Rock Franchise hotels and it is so far the worst experience I had with accommondations in Bali. Maybe the rock/music theme will justify a lot of things for many fans but to me - if a hotel can't even get the basics right, I would never consider it again. First of all The room looks not even close to the picture. Then the bathroom hygiene level is beyond appalling. When we moved in there was even an extra unclean bunker bed in the room. I initially booked two nights but next morning my wife and I decided to check out early even knowing that we won't get a refund. This is the first time we checked out of a hotel simply because we couldn't stand the quality. If you think you get what you paid for, this is not the case. The price we got was at least on par with other hotels around the area, even a bit more expensive. Next day we found some where cheaper and much better. Won't	Nick	08 April 2013

4.0 star rating	Check-in was smooth, wide spread of food variety for breakfast, a little bedroom deco as we were honeymooners, staffs were friendly and live band was awesome.	Sadly some of the staffs were slightly biased as we are not whites. Hence, service delivered was different.	Nina	15 May 2014
4.0 star rating	Fantastic pool. Great for kids and loads of pool activities.	Checked in very late staff were fantastic however the day staff even tho in abundance dont have a clue. Waited all day to change rooms as ground floor room we had, the air con was giving off a very bad mouldy smell and we all woke up sick. Once room was ready we returned packed up and waited over 30 mins after a visit and 2 phone calls we moved ourselves. As a sweetner we were given fruit platter the next day which hardly compensated for the flu we all ended up with. Strongly recommend not booking a ground floor room.	Kt	26 August 2015

3.5 star rating	nice big pools, friendly staff very helpful. breakfast is good VIP pool is very relaxing..good for kids. great place for multiple family friends to catch up and drink by the pool..	restaurant food is expensive hard to get anything healthy. Very noisy in the main pool area don't mind music but there was consistent talking over the music from the PA announcer.. lots of people smoking in food areas. 4.5 star rating	Excellent family hotel, loads to do for the kids but the hotel never feels crowd even when it's full ......excellent location, brilliant staff , you can't help but have a brilliant holiday....would not hesitate to recommend it We have already book to go back next year. 5.0 star rating	My wife and I travelled with my daughter, partner and their two children and we all stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel. What a marvelous experience from the time we arrive to the time we left. Great facilities for both adults and children. The pool area was excellent as were all the the staff in all areas. The facilities for children were superb.The breakfast, restaurants and accommodation could not be faulted. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend anyone with or without children to stay at your hotel. Thanks for the experience. 4.0 star rating	Hard Rock Hotel Bali is a fantastic place for families, staff are extremely dilligent and very accommodating. Daily kids pool sport activities are very entertaining and a good distraction from hitting the streets of Kuta.	Rooms are getting a bit tired and the price could be considered high given whaat is available in smaller facilities in this area. Gazebo hire rate is excessive. Check in area is too hot, A/C needs to be addressed. Should offer guests a discount option for HRC and Jamie Oliver restaurants.	Anonymous	08 January 2016
