4.0 star rating	Staff were lovely - music by the pool fantastic. Beds very comfortable.	Two towels are not enough per room per day - an extra towel would have been good. The milk containers in restaurant for breakfast were never quite clean where the handle and spout join inside. Pork Bacon would have been nice also.		07 October 2013
5.0 star rating	Have travelled to Bali for years now and this would have to be one of my favourite hotels to stay at now. Great location and the room i was in was great although a little tired but very comfortable and still fairly modern. The staff were amazing and all so friendly and accommodating! The food was delicious and the cool vibes around the pool made my holiday a very relaxing one! I stayed on the 2nd level and had no noise from the front street except the sound of fireworks on the beach...that I could see from my balcony! Problem was the room allocated to us needed repair work to floors bath and wardrobe door,not suitable for us and baby. 5.0 star rating	Absolutely loved this resort. The rooms were beautifully presented and clean. Beds were so comfortable with fresh crisp linen. Ideal position to watch the sunset at night just Accross the road or listen to music on the lounges at night. Buffet breakfasts was out of this world. Top quality food and a huge variety to choose from. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. Travelled to Bali four times with family/friends and this is the best place we have stayed. 2.5 star rating	TrÃ¨s proche de la plage (2-3 minutes)	Aucun charme dans ce poulailler Ã touristes. Personnel trÃ¨s quelconque et peu chaleureux. Barman qui fait la gueule quand on donne pas de pourboire. Souffleries bruyantes d'air chaud dans les couloirs (pas trÃ¨s zen...). HÃ´tel qui mise tout sur les apparences, ce qui provoque beaucoup de dÃ©ception une fois qu'on y est. Par ailleurs nous ne vous conseillons pas non plus Kuta qui ressemble beaucoup Ã cet hÃ´tel.
