4.5 star rating	Always enjoy staying at the Nathan Hotel... having been a regular guest there for some 8 - 9 years now. Staff always very attentive, housekeeping do their job with efficiency... even arranging cleaning of the room at short notice.	Not a lot to complain about. Probably the only slightly annoying issue, and it's a hotel architectural problem... is that the restaurant and Bali Bar on the 15th floor are not accessible by elevator. One has to take the elevator to the 14th floor, and then proceed to the stairs to climb up to the 15th floor. But it's a minor negative.	Anonymous	11 November 2015

4.0 star rating	Close to public transport (bus and train). Friendly and helpful staff. Room service nice food, reasonable value. Starbucks on ground floor and McDonalds across the road. The free Wi-Fi and international calls to Australia (as well as some other countries) was fantastic, making extremely easy to keep in touch with home.	The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not the best - not vacuumed well and found black hairs in the bathroom and on bed (not ours).	Anonymous	12 March 2017
5.0 star rating	Great gesture by Nathan Hotel to upgrade our room to a SMART room for our 4 nights' stay last week. Both my wife and I loved the spacious, clean and tastefully decorated room. We visit Hong Kong every year and always find Hong Kong hotels relatively expensive. But we find the stay at Nathan Hotel really value for money. Also, among the other great facilities, the gym was of reasonably good size and very well-kept. The Smart Handyphone provided in the smart rooms was really handy and a very thoughtful gesture for the visiting guests. 3.5 star rating	Location of hotel is great and staff are friendly.	Need some renovation as the hotel room seems old and also to improve their toilet flushing system. Have to call for plumbers service at day 2, had experience similar problem during our last stay about 2 years ago.	Baby Aries	23 October 2016
4.5 star rating	This is really well placed hotel in Kowloon walking distance from everywhere The breakfast is pretty good as well	There are no negatives about this hotel reading other reviews people moaned about the air conditioning being too cold.
