2.5 star rating	Good location	Check in was very slow, we had requested early checkin as arriving from Sydney on overnight flight. We arrived at 6.00am and were told we couldn't checl-in til 10am, we understand that early check-in can't be guranteed but weren't shown anywhere to wait. When we found a seat in the lobby on the sofa we were then told we weren't allowed to sit there ! Our room was also very smokey despite asking and being told we had a non smoking room.		09 March 2009
5.0 star rating	good size rooms and bathroom.room rate excellent considering you are still quite close to the centre of Hong Kong.	quite a walk from the underground.expensive to use internet - HK$40 for 20 minutes.		15 March 2009

5.0 star rating	A well appointed hotel, suited to my businees purposes. Restaurant staff in particular were excellent and the food on offer suited me very well.	Complementary daily paper not received but often one was available in the restaurant.		04 April 2010
4.0 star rating	Staff are very friendly Best hotel located in mongkok area Check in and check out was very smooth Breakfast food varieties was fine Next to a mall where you can find everything	After my checkout one if the staff came to me and informed me that i have to pay certain amount as i have used some items in the refrigerator in which i didnot, the interesting thing that he came to me twice and i insisted that i havent used anything. Later on when i asked him when this was used he informed me that it was the day before and the day before i was in macau for the whole day. When i informed the staff, he just said ok ok which was really strange and he went. I expected an apology from the staff but he didnot cared and i didnot cared either as i was in a hurry to the airport.	Moody	01 May 2014
4.5 star rating	Shopping upstairs and food court, and resturants very convenient.	Athough clean, we found that they did not actually changed sheets daily. Only made our beds daily for the entire stay. Perhaps this is normal if long stay?	Love Hong Kong	08 July 2014
3.5 star rating	Location, comfortable, clean	This was my 4th time in this hotel, but I think the standard had become lower. We had buffet breakfast and not at all the reminds me of my previous buffet breakfast selection in this hotel. Also I had a flu and the first day couldn't go to have breakfast and when my husband asked to bring something up for me his request was refused saying i should order room service, however i have paid for my breakfast. 4.0 star rating	Very nice hotel attached to a large modern shopping centre and a MTR station. 5 minutes walk to the ladies market, Nathan road and other markets, plus a courtesy bus to run you down to other shopping areas (not that you really need to). Nice restaurants attached but expensive, even with the 30% off you get for staying in the hotel. There are lots of other restaurant options in the shopping centre or in the streets. Very nice pool and spa. Staff very nice and helpful.	Only issue we had was no shampoo/conditioner for a couple of days	Anonymous	07 October 2015
5.0 star rating	The cleaners are amazingly efficient and they work invisibly. Front desk staff are helpful. Concierge staff are amazingly helpful and we did not have a lift a finger, from taking our luggage to our room to weighing them to loading them into a taxi. Fully recommend. It is a holiday worthy of a diamond class.
