2.0 star rating	Snabba vid in-checkningen.	HÃ¶r och hÃ¤pna, enl spa personalen pÃ¥ vÃ¥n 1 sÃ¥ Ã¤r bastun och varmvattenpoolen endast fÃ¶r mÃ¤n! Kvinnor fÃ¥ gÃ¤rna vÃ¤lja massage eller ansiktsbehandling istÃ¤llet!!! HallÃ¥, det Ã¤r vÃ¤l inte samma sak. Vet Kimberly i vilket Ã¥rhundrade vi befinner oss i eller Ã¤r de kvar i medeltiden Kina?! Det ironiska var att vi valde hotellet fÃ¶r att de hade pool. Vet inte vad om Ã¤r vÃ¤rst, om personalen ljÃ¶g fÃ¶r oss eller om det verkligen Ã¤r sÃ¥. Blir jÃ¤tte arg fortfarande nÃ¤r jag tÃ¤nker pÃ¥ detta. Concierge:erna vid entrÃ©n var verkligen otrevliga, resten av personalen var ok.		17 October 2012

3.5 star rating	Chinese Restaurant of the hotel is yummy, service are good.	Careless mistake. After we check out with clearence at the front desk and fly back to singapore, receiving the hotel email and mention that they lost 1 bath robe in my room and gonna to charge me HK$500 if i don't reply within 24hours. We called to the hotel immediately thru IDD paid phone, the operation transferred us to talk to the cleaner and insist they lost one bath robe, we got no result by arguging with a housekeeper after checked out and fly off. We wrote to the hotel management. However till now after 2 months, they didn't give us any answer aside from they would investigate the case. Totally disappointed for such kind of service and will wonder if they didn't check the room carefully before ghest check out?? How could we suppose can proof anything after we have been fly back to our work place in singapore? 4.0 star rating	It seems rooms have been recently renovated since my previous stay. Although I understand this has been done bit by bit so some rooms have had more recent make over than others. Smorgasbord breakfast and lunch of good quality of both Western and Asian varieties, I did not try the dinner so cannot comment. Very convenient location.	Lobby is on the second floor of hotel and on the ground floor there is nowhere to sit if waiting for a bus to be picked up.	Nick Sydney	21 October 2014
3.0 star rating	close to nathan road and shops and restuarants	reception staff spoke as if you are from mars stating the rules zero flexibility, example left my key in room they said i need id i said in my room in safe no key until security arrive then gave me a key not working back to reception waited 15 mins new key valid 1 hour........crazy waste of time and energy 1.5 hour late for meeting as a result.. 2.5 star rating	The location in the centre of TST is convenient since it is close to the MTR and various popular malls and restaurants.	Sadly, the negative comments outweigh the positive. I had to wait 2 hours to gain access to my room at checkin and when I enquirer about my room they seemed to have forgotten I was waiting - nor did the staff particularly care. The room was Spartan and slightly dowdy. No pictures on the walls, no homely comforts. On two occasions the maid forgot to leave towels so drying after a shower was awkward! For a four star rating there is no pool, only one restaurant which is overpriced, and no other facilities. When I spoke to my Hong Kong friends about this they commented that it had deteriorated in recent years. I'm not a demanding traveler and I did not complain to the desk, but I really can find little to commend this hotel.	UK Gent	02 March 2017

3.0 star rating	Fairly easy access location wise	Rooms are rather cram considering its a 26 m2 size - maybe its the layout! However the daily room service seems to be not in sync! The coffee/tea/sugar/creamer are never replenished daily & we had to call to ask for them on nearly a daily basis. 4.0 star rating	Your Kimberly is a good hotel but the booking confirmation advice may need improvement. I booked these two room and may not Paul Lam to live at Kimberly. That means I used my name booking but I may not go to bring my friend to check in or i may arrival HK late several hours. Hereby my friend may go straight to Kimberly check in by them self even their name have not in the booking list as long as they have booking number.	Need more patient and kindly.
