4.0 star ratingStaff very helpful and hotel is in a good locationI arrived a day early. The hotel staff refused to give me the same rate as what I paid for my 8 day stay. Eventhough they had ample rooms available. I felt they should've have considered offering me a reduced rate, seeing that I was already booked to stay for over a week.05 October 2009
