3.5 star rating	The room service was good and the hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable.	The bar fridge was not stocked during my stay and not very cold. There was no milk provided for the tea and coffee facilities in the room. My room was small and compact. 3.0 star rating	Good location, walking distance to Oympic MTR station and close to restaurants, eateries and shopping malls	No business centre or meeting room facilities, not as suitable for business purposes, shower in my room was not good - temperature of water changes from very hot to very cold, nothing in-between, and water pressure so-so, and lifts can be slow during peak hours	Ming	16 August 2015

4.5 star rating	Very good Room, clean, large bed, with free mobile phone provide, very good price. TV can see a lot of channel,	bathroom is super small, sometimes clear to hear people outside the door. housekeeper is not that polite when ask for something. front desk people not smile. 4.5 star rating	Great customer services , friendly and helpful staffs,location is not too bad , walk to mongkok about 10 mins , and if take mini van/bus, 12a which is few mins away will take you to mongkok MTR station in few mins,HKD$4.8. 24hrs MacDonald just cross the road, and 2 supermarket next to it.Clean room and I am very pleased they even have port for HDMI unit attached below the TV although I didn't use it.The best route when arriving is use Airport express train to Kowloon station then take a taxi instead of the free K5 bus as it is the last stop going around the city before reach this hotel , I took about 40mns if taxi about 10 mins,when leaving the same route , can buy a discounted ticket at mongkok Hong Thai travel agent,HKD$72 one way to airport from Kowloon station instead of $90 at the door or online.	There is a bit of smoke sell in the room even this is a non smoking hotel however they done there best to resolve the issue,thank you. The door of the toilet is not a good design as it shared as the main door and the shower door, just flip around, it is not much space there to switch position when going in and out for a shower. 4.5 star rating	The staff was friendly and very helpful with any questions that was asked , the mobile phone that came with each room with unlimited data and calls was very useful as our own phone would have cost an arm and leg to use but we could have also got a local sim card to put into our own phones.
