4.5 star rating	This hotel was in a great location, 5 min walk to Jordan mtr and 2min walk to temple street night market. We stayed in the family room which had plenty enough room for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. The roof top pool was relaxing after a day out, with amazing views. There is a 7-eleven and Starbucks over the road which can save on hotel prices. Overall would recommend this hotel- it maybe a bit pricey but so are all hotels in Hong Kong and remember this room can accommodate 5 people.	A bit expensive.	Baggers	31 October 2013

3.5 star rating	The front desk staff was good for check - in and check-out, Room was clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly.	I've stayed at this hotel numerous times. however, I found this time around the service in the breakfast area was lacking this time around. Worried that the standard is dropping. When I walked to give them my room number as a part of the complimentary breakfast they just went straight to their front desk and ignored me. Instead of saying welcome or saying something like, "feel free to take a seat anywhere". Communication was difficult and saw one of the waiters wipe his nose with his hand numerous times. The uniform jackets worn by dine staff were far too casual. Bomber jackets were worn and should be reserved for the concierge staff outside. Not sure why the dining staff all look very miserable. All except the chef who made omelettes. Saw an attendee named, 'Jackson' as I was checking out who wasn't being pleasant to some European guests over a minor misunderstanding. The guests didn't look happy. It's not the first time I have seen him over the years being a little ruthless to other people and surprised things haven't changed and that he is still at the same place.	Anonymous	29 January 2017
