4.5 star ratingit is really good hotel. There is close to Tsim Sha Tsui station. You can use swimming pool at 1st floor. If you would like to gym you have to pay more.Restaurant is good. I have ate morning breakfast there. If you would like to eat egg cuisine (sunny side up and etc) you have to pay more.I like this hotel.baychan23 September 2013

5.0 star ratingWell located near the star ferry. Recommend a harbour view room to obtain the most from the view. Also more spacious and includes a sofa bed in the lounge area. Hotel is looking a little tired but refurbishment is underway. 3.0 star rating浴室感覺清潔、整齊。 員工態度友善。1.)對於自動升級的房間，由雙人床變成兩張單人床感到十分懊惱，因當時服務員並沒有說明會有這樣的分別，有點失望。 2.)床單因說明為了環保，所以3天才會清洗更換，可是我一入住便有一大片橙色污漬，有點嘔心，是否應該因情況而作出即時的處理呢。 3.)浴室竟然是沒有剃刀用品。Anonymous 11 August 2014

5.0 star ratingThis hotel is very well located in Kowloon near transport and commercial centres. The hotel staff are professional, helpful and friendly. Our choice of a room with a harbour view proved to be an excellent one - hard to find better views of Hong Kong. The room was reasonably sized and comfortable with good wifi and tea-coffee making facilities and adequate space for suitcases. We were very happy with our five night stay and would select it again without hesitation. None.Anonymous 01 January 2017
