3.5 star rating	The reception and lobby staff were all exceptionally polite and helpful. The concierge went the extra mile to assist and answered all our questions of which we were very grateful. Don't change a thing!!! I appreciated that the cleaning staff were all very polite and engaged with the guests, this is a very positive approach.	The room size was much smaller than expected and made the sleeping arrangements a challenge once the sofa became a bed. The website pictures are misleading and would be fine for 2 people but no more. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed and when requested a quilt arrived without a cover and this was not rectified by the staff which I found odd. Although the room was clean the area under the bed had a thick layer of dust which we discovered when we dropped some coins, this was disappointing to see.		08 April 2012
