4.5 star rating	Having read other reviews before booking a room i was happy to get what i expected a clean modern style room and the room i got was quite big. if you want a reasonable price for a clean room this is the place.			31 October 2009

3.0 star rating	Clean hotel and good location.	We arrived at 13:45 and had to wait until 15:25 for a room. We were not even offered a glass of water while we waited. Many hotels offer you a "welcome drink" while you wait. Breakfast was ridiculous and hot drinks served in paper cups. Would advise to have breakfast outside as there are lots of cheaper options available. Internet costs $14 for 24hrs, just need to walk to Starbucks (5mins walk and get free wifi) Considering that many flights leave late in the evening, it would be useful to have a shower available for guests who have checked out. Rooms are very noisy as insulation is awful.	Julio	09 September 2012

5.0 star rating	Loved our stay! The room was beautiful and our corner room on the 19th floor had a magnificent view of the Queensboro Bridge. So magnificent that we never closed our curtains! The room was spacious and well kept. Loved the colours. Staff were amazing, shout out to Rupesh at reception who was very helpful, even printing out tickets to broadway shows for us! If I had asked the doorman his name I would mention him too but overall everyone was very helpful and friendly! Stayed at Empire Hotel on West 62nd only a few days earlier and have to say Bentley was much more value for money!	Only downside was you had to pay for tv and Internet, considering its a 4 star hotel, I think these amenities should be included in the room rates. Also, it is a bit of a walk to the nearest subway. 4.0 star rating	Well located hotel with a fantastic view from our room, more spacious than others I have stayed in in New York and some reception staff were very helpful and knowledgable	We placed a 'do not disturb' sign on the door of our room on 2 separate days but this was ignored and our room was made up when this was not required. In addition we were given new towels on days when we had hung them up and were happy to re-use which is not in line with the policy advertised on the environmental card. Just small things but they did in part make us feel like our wishes weren't listened to.		17 June 2013
