2.0 star rating		Bad experience. I booked a double bed room but got really small room with queen bed. Fridge made awful sound and wireless wifi did not work. Other room not available that night. The next day they moved me to a bigger room with bigger bed, with apologies, and said they would deliver a bottle of wine (which they never did). Airco made lots of noices. No lobby to speak off. I forgot an earring in my room, send email and they did not reply... And lowest price guarantee? No !	Sandra	24 October 2012

5.0 star rating	very clean friendly staff great location comfy bed	was scared to touch the fridge and contents above since i was told if any items moved i would be charged so i was scared to touch anything even to read the labels. very noisy as well dont know whether the noise came from the street or the air condition unit	tess	19 October 2012

Rooms are a bit on the small side for paying Â£2200 1 week but the location is AMAZING. literally 50 metres from times square. grocery shops restaurants on your doorstep! 1.5 star rating	Location and that's it. There are so many hotels in the area are much better and cheaper.	There was no heating, hot water and staff are not helpful. The rooms are small with single beds. We've asked for concierge to pick out luggage and no one came up. I will never stay there again and will not recommend it to anyone.	Andreas	20 November 2012
3.5 star rating	Sehr zentral gelegen, Times-Square gleich um die Ecke, nahe der U-Bahn 42th und von da aus alles erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Einfaches, ordentliches Hotel. WÃ¼rde wieder dort wohnen und kann es empfehlen (Note 3 ) fÃ¼r kurze Trips.	Zimmer (8.Etage) zum Innenhof wegen der groÃen LÃ¼fter der GebÃ¤ude-Abluftanlage viel zu laut (>75dB, gemessen mit i-Phone!).Spark Plugs machen es ertrÃ¤glich. Unser Zimmer mit 1 Doppelbett sehr klein. Bestellter Hotel-Shuttle zum Flughafen ($65) wurde vergessen (kann passieren). Ein Taxi (als Alternative zum VersÃ¤umnis) bei Gewitter und Feierabendverkehr zu bekommen trotz groÃem BemÃ¼hen des Concierge unmÃ¶glich. Mit GepÃ¤ck in der U-Bahn (blaue Linie, Richtung Queens ($2,5 $5 Air-Train) zum JFK mÃ¼hevoll aber machbar. Bei rush-houre ca 1,5 Std einplanen. U-Bahn besser Cash bezahlen als mit Kreditkarte (funktioniert bei hohem Andrang und somit hohem Datenverkehr unsicher)!	BernhardS	26 May 2013

4.5 star rating	This is my 3rd visit to NYC and I loved this property! You can't beat the location. Just a few steps away from Times Square. The staff was always helpful, friendly and professional. I would absolutely recommend this property to my clients. ( I am a CAA/AAA travel agent). The room was for New York standards, very spacious. In room coffee maker and mini bar was available. Overall, a great experience. I will stay there again!	The only negative I would have (and it's not really negative), they could maybe upgrade their beds, pillows and bed spreads, as well as towels.
