4.5 star ratingThe hotel staff is friendly and efficient. The hotels offers that what visitors to NY need - a very comfortable bed, and a nice shower/bath. Other than that there's not much there but it really is exactly what you need. We slept like a baby and other than that we were out on the street. Another nice thing is the coffee/tea room which offers a great choice of teas to choose from or a cup of coffee to recover from wandering the city!06 February 2009
