4.5 star ratingWe had three nights in a standard room which was perfectly adequate and it was nice to have a bath tub to relax in after a day walking around. The food in the restaurant was very good and the staff very helpful. In conclusion an excellent well situated hotel. Curlywurly08 February 2012
3.0 star ratingwas checked in early at 9am - fantastic after an early morning of travelBathroom wasn't cleaned properly - cake of soap still in the shower, hair, towels smelled. 2.5 star ratingThe best thing there was to meet with the man working at the concierge. His knowledge, friendliness changed the sour taste of our experience. He greeted us every morning with a smile and asked if we need to know anything where we were heading to. We hope this man will be rewarded for his hard work. The room and the corridor smelled bad, some of the frond desk staff were unfriendly. Our complaint wasn't resolved right away. Room to room03 July 2016
