Conveniently located, the Big Hotel is absolutely a great base for guests to get around the city. It is just a 5-minute walk from many popular destinations such as Bugis Village, the National Library and Sim Lim IT Mall. To mention some of the facilities, the hotels provides an in-room tablet which lets guests control the room's lighting, TV and other media features, free movies that can be enjoyed on the large flat-screen TV and en suite bathrooms equipped with a refreshing rain shower. Water dispensers and ice machines are provided on all levels.

4.0 star rating	Hotel is new and rooms were very nice and clean.	Access to the building is not good, taxi's have to drop off 2 floors up then struggle down in the lift with all luggage. Due to this problem the use of lifts in demand so lifts very slow. No fridge in the room so unable to keep any milk or drinks cool, however ice was available in the hallway of each floor but nothing large to hold it, only a small ice bucket. Front counter staff were not as helpful as we would have liked, they said "no" to our simple requests more than they said "yes". This was very surprising seeing the Hotel was brand new. Would not be recommending this Hotel to friends	lewis	12 August 2013
4.5 star rating	Good and convenient location. Near shops, food and mrt station. Although room is small, it is very clean and has required necessities for good rest. Bed and pillow very comfy.	No bar fridge in the room. No wardrobe which is not really a problem if there are sufficient hanging hooks in the room. There are only 2 hooks in the room		29 October 2013

4.5 star rating	First of all the scent over the corridor and public area is amazingly great!! Keep that aroma for travelers stay relax and at home Stayed in the smallest room Location - convenient to stay around Bugis area which offers lots of nice foods and shopping Access by car - carnparknismeasy to access by taxi etc and it is standing art corner of the big streets Room - small but utility function very well can view MBS dip from the room, beds are comfortable Security - cannot only press room floor was the latest Staff response they response email within 12-24 hours! Water server, include hot and cold plus ice machine was great with Japanese jug to keep it as is. T	Small washing zone busy check in area but cozy sofa and tv will make us less stress that is smart Might be same in any singapore hotel but when i put food on desk small ants came.. 4.0 star rating	The room was clean and comfortable. On par for the price paid for the room plus the hotel is a walking distance to Bugis area. Love this place and might consider to come back and yes, love the free in-house movie too.	There is no fridge in the room and the cable channel was very limited.	aannnaa	16 January 2014
3.5 star rating	Everything is clean and tidy within the hotel and most importantly it is very new.	The lift is very slow and it always took up to 10 mins for it. The construction work nearby woke us up every morning at 7 am and even when we made a complaint with the reception the staff attitude seems to be sick of handing all the noise complaints and told us to bare with it and they do not have any other rooms for us to move to and they cannot do anything about it. The guest complaint handing definitely needs staff training for the future improvements. Moreover we were not given a tablet throughout our stay as the previous guest have cracked the screen of the room tablet and staff did not follow up and organizing another tablet for us which is a bit disappointed. 3.5 star rating	Great location and good views. Staff was excellent and was always willing to help. Was not a single problem with the room wifi. Excellent room entertainment facilities.	No fridge in the room. Room was slightly small. Not sure if this was the fault of the hotel - but the water that came out of the shower had a smell. The shower in the bathroom had no water barrier which made the bathroom wet after use.		08 January 2014
