This environmentally friendly hotel is located in the city centre at the junction of Kallang Road and Lavender Road. The Lavender MRT Station is just below the hotel, linking guests to Singapore's major areas, such as Orchard Road, Raffles Place, Chinatown and Harbour Front. There is a cafÃ© and a restaurant and guests will appreciate the Wi-Fi, the room service and laundry and dry cleaning services. 4.0 star rating	Staff were helpful, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh linen, towels, and drink making ingredence were always toped up the room itself was quiet with a great view. very handy for subway and food halls	under the bed was never cleaned and was littered with broken glass and other rubbish.The only smoking area provided was by the pool. bedside lights would have been very handy. hairdryer could have been placed nearer a mirror. and a further plug socket would have helped.	billeejean1	30 January 2012
4.0 star rating	Location above MRT. Very clean but daily clean took place @ 21.00 and not told - so stay out late to ensure room is cleaned.	Could be noisy at breakfast time. 3.5 star rating	Close to Lavendar tramline therefore easy access to most places. There are a few food places around as well for food if hungry. Fast and efficient check in and out service and can keep bags if you have a few hours till your flight and would like to sight see further.	Very small room, made for business users rather than couples or families on a sightseeing trip to Singapore. The air con is quite loud as well so have to switch off when sleeping and this causes the room to get quite hot. Basic amenities and facilities within the room.	MoZo	15 December 2012
1.5 star rating		The hotel is a desaster. If you want to sleep here there is absolutely no possibility to close an eye for a second because anything or anyone will wake you up. And this not softly, but as loud as if shouting in your ear. But this is not enough to bother one. There is no toilet brush. They don't give handtowels just large towels. There is no glass cup in there just mugs. Our view was approximately 10meters to the other block of the hotel... There is also mould next to the aircon. The shower is a catastrophe..you will be flooding half of the bathroom, and there is a glass to separate the shower from the toilet and the sink... The WiFi is a rip-off...they want to charge you 10 SGD a day!!! You are absolutely not near town center, you are obliged to take the MRT or taxi. Last but not least: THE LOBBY STINKS INCREDIBLY!!!! REALLY UGLY SO THAT YOU MUST HOLD YOUR BREATH PASSING BY!!!! Ah and the grain as well... So we just can say: Overpriced and not a single dollar is worth it!!! Never ever again!!!		29 January 2013

4.0 star rating	Very good location to MRT and the train service is impeccable We were given a room with no view and was very dreary but next day at my request was given a room up high with a Magnificent view this made our stay all the better	Breakfast style was not to our liking (we are Australians)		10 September 2013
