4.0 star rating	Checking in and out was fast. The staff was efficient and friendly.	Do not like the toilet as it was separated and troublesome. It should be linked to 1 toilet. 5.0 star rating	The hotel room has everything you need, even has separate tlet and bathroom although the room is not big. The service is absolutely two thumps up. You can directly access to subway from hotel's lift, super convenient . To all main attraction only takes 15 min . 4.0 star rating	Location on Orchard is great. The pool level is lovely.	The pool had black bits in it. The so called premium Foxtel channel had old movies e.g devil wears prada, nothing recent and during our five nights repeated over and over. The Internet was also slow and we could not access even news sites. The extra we paid for a city view room landed us on 16th floor with a view of the Singtel building. Not really worth the extra $$. Seperate lifts from room to lobby level is ok but the ones from lobby level to shopping centre is slow and congested.	Anonymous	17 February 2015

5.0 star rating	Amazing pool with great outlook and comfortable lounges, beautiful day and night. Fantastic location being above somerset mrt. Delicious buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. 4.5 star rating	1) The infinity pool was very nice (though with shallow water) 2) I was most impressed with the excellent professionalism of the staff . A cleaner found my mobile phone which I accidentally left behind in the guest room .I did not realise that I left the phone there as I have already searched the room for it without success . The manager(s) on duty emailed me about the matter. The phone will be returned to me via courier service (glad to pay for the service obviously). 3) Location of the hotel is excellent.. 4) Excellent value for money,in my opinion.		DP	19 March 2015

2.0 star rating	strategic location and the rooms are clean passable	The most horrible hotel among the hotels that I've stayed. hotel no porter to help me lift the suitcases, we had to lift the suitcase ourself to the room and check out time also must own lift down, the taxi had to call our own, there was no help from staff at all....
