2.0 star ratingStaff at counter did not know how to see the identity card number of foreigner when checking in. She asked: " so which number should I write?". When checking out late at night, the whole lobby was dark. We saw a man lying on a sofa sleeping. And there was no one at the counter. We have to wake the staff up and he proceed to help us check out in a half awake state. Hotel stayer30 July 2015
