3.0 star ratingSwimming pool excellent.The TV systems does not function well and over the period of stay it was not very useful especially when you have kids that want to enjoy this service. The bath tub in the room discharge system did not function, one would expect that this would be check prior to check in. This resulted in us not being able to utilize the bath with the great scenery. The housekeeping was not on par, papers were seen in the room behind objects which should have been removed prior to our check in. Room provided to us was not correct as we were said that we would be upgraded to a Junior Suite, but we received the original room which was small and very uncomfortable for us as a family. Management and staff was very helpful in trying to resolve the issues, but this should never have been issues in such a hotel which has a high level standing in the market place. This was a disappointing experience and one that I would like to forget.03 October 2013
