4.5 star ratingBeautiful clean room with modern decor top points! Trish at checkin was extremely helpful and a great personality and warm welcome to this hotel chain. All staff at this hotel were welcoming especially the lovely lady who serviced my room day to day High premium land in downtown Singapore equals tiny wardrobes ( Next time I bring clothes that don't need hanging!) Five star hotel equals no turn down service unless requested?? (This is not negative but constructive criticism) I am a regular and frequent traveller worldwide and I really had no negatives with this hotelPiers19 February 2015
