Set in a prime location in Midtown Manhattan, a 5 minutes' drive from Times Square and 2 hours from New Jersey, there is this beautiful building, erected in 2011, the first full LEED hotel in New York City. Attached to the Signature Theatre group, the hotel has 699 rooms and offers multiple lounges and communal areas with more than 2,000 m2 of public space. This full-service hotel, boasts the largest outside terrace space of any hotel in New York.

5.0 star rating	Very friendly, clean and efficiently ran. It was slightly more expensive than I was hoping to go with my budget but I was glad I did. I was only staying 4 days so i didn;t get the chance to use the resturant and other facilities but I did have a look around and i was pleasently surprised by the the stylish look and relaxed but professional atmosphere of the place. 4.0 star rating	Concept of the hotel with "Cabins" and individual check-in and check-out perfect. Nice hotel staff and good formula breakfast with coffe/tea and lots of muffins! Or a-la-carte breakfast. Good atmosphere with many young and older clients!	No subway close by...walking distance to Times Square/7th Avenue subway ca. 10 minutes and Grand Central 20 minutes. 5.0 star rating	Sehr schÃ¶nes neues Hotel. Es hat die guten Erwartungen (von anderen Bewertungsseiten) absolut eingehalten. SchÃ¶ne Zimmer, nicht riesig aber absolut ausreichend, sehr sauber, super Aussicht, super Lage, und besonders Loben wir das Personal!!! Sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit.			11 March 2012

5.0 star rating	Top Lage nur ca. 5-7 Minuten vom Time Square entfernt!! Auch die Ã¶ffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ( Metro) und der Busbahnhof sind in nur 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber absolut ausreichend. I Phone Anschluss am Fernseher vorhanden. Bad bzw. Dusche haben in den oberen Etagen einen tollen Ausblick. In unmittelbarer NÃ¤he befinden sich ein paar Kneipen und Restaurants die durchaus lohnenswert sind, vor allem da man gleich danach ins Bett fallen kann. In den meisten Etagen befinden sich kleine KÃ¼chen mit einem Wasserspender, GetrÃ¤nkeautomaten und Kaffeemaschine mit Lavazza Pads. 4 Etage ist die Rezeption, das Restaurant, Bar mit grosser Terasse - welche auch von den New Yorkern besucht wird. 5.0 star rating	Very nice hotel close to crowded Times Square but yet in a calmer block. The rooms/cabins are small but clean and well planned. The staff is both very helpful and friendly, for example I had a letter sent to the hotel before check in and there were no problems picking it up when I arrived. 4.0 star rating	Great location and good layout of the hotel. The hotel is modern and relaxed without feeing cheap.	We arranged to meet friends on the roof top bar to find out we were not allowed out there due to a private function. Not good when you are a paying guest of the hotel. Breakfast also consists of coffee and a muffin unless you wish to pay more. This was ok with us, but may not suit all when there is no alternative included for the continental breakfast. 4.5 star rating	Hotel was very good.Staff on the whole very helpful. rooms small but clean...maid service every day. 3.5 star rating	The staff was very friendly and smiley. thank you	Towels in the bathroom were not clean. Used and dirty towels were hanging when we arrived... It also seemed to me that even if they changed the towels daily, the towels seemed to me not to be washed at all! Once I discovered a towel with blood spots and the second time I discovered a towel with a sticker from the airline baggage receipt on the towel... The bed sheets had a strange smell. 5.0 star rating	Funky, modern and stylish. Compact rooms (known as cabins) very cleverly thought out and designed by those skilful people who create the seats in the pointed end of aeroplanes... and it shows, with their clever use of space and the attention to detail that so many hotels don't have; such as a tray in the room so you can carry your complimentary drinks and muffin back upstairs; a strap to hold the lid of your suitcase open when it's on the stand, built-in alarm clock, storage space under the bed and mood lighting which activates when you enter the room. No super-frills like a shower cap and small bottles of useless toiletries, but the large, refillable bottles were great as they show an environmental awareness. No brewing-up in the room either, but each floor has a 'galley' with cold drink vending and as much free hot tea, coffee and chocolate that you can manage to consume. The beds in the smaller rooms fold upwards to make a daybed-style sofa which is pretty neat. I have to mention the luggage storage area in the main lobby: a fantastic robot which whisks your bag away into a safe and secure wall with much more style than a concierge could ever manage! All-in-all, I would definitely recommend this hotel for all the points already mentioned, plus the fact that its location is perfect for everything that NYC has to offer. 4.5 star rating	Das Personal war wirklich immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zentrale Lage, sowie auch das ganze Drumherum haben uns begeistert und wir wÃ¼rden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!	Da das Bad nur durch einen Vorhang vom Schlafraum getrennt war, war die nicht abschaltbare LÃ¼ftung im Bad (lief durchgehend) nachts etwas stÃ¶rend - nach 2-3 Tagen hÃ¶rten wir sie aber ohnehin nicht mehr!		20 November 2013
4.0 star rating	Yotel is a very popular hotel situated around about a five to ten minute walk from Times Square. Although it comes under Times Square be aware that it is not right on top of it it's situated in a place called Hells Kitchen but it is a short walk away from everything including subway, Times Square, Empire State Building etc. The rooms are tiny but they are clean and when in New York you won't be in your hotel room much anyway. Breakfast consists of coffee and a muffin, the blueberry muffins were yummy! There is also the option to pay for a full breakfast which also looked lovely. The staff are very helpful! Yotel generally feels like it has a different approach there is no need to tip staff every two minutes at Yotel or they just do not expect it as much where as other hotels such as Westin will click their fingers at you. Overall basic but nice!	No negatives. It's basic but most importantly it is clean. Small size "cabins" (rooms) but that's the idea with this hotel!	ChloÃ©	11 March 2014
5.0 star rating	The Hotel was great location next to the Comic Convention which was why I chose it and next to Times Square. Awesome location. Downstairs had a bar/club it was very nice. Had an awesome stay and may book again here. Very clean and neat even laptop hookup. Definetely recommended it to my friends if they ever go to New York and looking for a place to stay.
