3.0 star rating	Good location	We were allocated a disabled room (room 921) which was not asked for. No vanity in bathroom just a hand basin. Had to put makeup case on the floor!!! Very, very poor clothes hanging space. We were there for 4 nights after being there for 5 nights in July 2013. Room was no comparison to previous room (room 1125) in July. Allocation of room on arrival was most unsatisfactory. I would not stay there again unless I can be guaranteed a better room allocation. I found it insulting to say the least.		30 September 2013
2.0 star rating	The only thing that was good is the location which is Central to Restaurants and Tourist attractions.	When you come out of the Elevator to go to your room you get a stale smell which is also present in our rooms. Cannot understand why they cant freshen up the place with some Air freshner. The TV does not give you all the Free to Air Channels, I guess they want you to pay for Movies which are available. The Remote is equally bad with little or no response.	Phil	26 April 2015
2.0 star rating	Location was good. Lobby was a nice entrance. Reception staff good.	Air con was awful. It leaked all night and smelt damp. Bathroom had pubic hair all over the floor. Obviously their cleaning requires attention. Pillows were the worst ever. Overall I would have rather slept on a park bench.	Disappointing	20 April 2015

3.5 star rating	When we arrived our room wasn't ready but thankfully the staff noted we had a hungry/tired baby & put us in a room that was ready. The breakfast buffet was great. Quiet hotel. Close to park but decent 20 minute walk to Circular Quay, 10 minute walk to Pitt Street mall. Comfy bed.	We got a twin room so had to push beds together. Very squashed, struggled to even get the pram in the room. Couch had stains on it & bathroom tiles need a good scrub! Quite dated & very basic but given price & location it's forgivable.
