3.0 star rating	Hotel is situated, close to the C.B.D., and is within walking distance.	Rooms extremely small. I had a view of three concrete structures. Some of my bed linen had stains on it and I found hairs on some of the bed linen. The mattress of the bed was very old and sank in the middle causing a severe backache! There was no porter's in service or assistance leaving me to navigate and negotiate my baggage to my room. This was difficult as I have a disability. Finally I was told. Upon check out, and in a loud voice for all to hear, that I would not receive my bond until my room was checked for any damages! I felt like a messy teenager.	Blue mountains shopper	25 October 2013

Staff were very obliging and helpful and also rang a shuttle for us to the airport.	the restaurant was undergoing a change and we were disappointed we had to go out for breakfast and dinner, although the hotel had done a deal with a restaurant down the road for breakfast.	trician	03 June 2014
