4.0 star rating	The hotel is a short walk to Central station, Haymarket, China Town & Darling Harbour. The room (2 bed apartment) was clean and spacious and the beds comfortable.	The hotel isn't located where it says it is on the Hotelopia map. It's a few blocks further down Castlereagh St, opposite where the train tracks disappear under the city. This is also the spot where trains blast their horns, which happens from very early in the morning until very late and night. If you sleep lightly, expect to be woken often by this, even when staying at the back of hotel.	Anonymous	16 October 2014

4.5 star rating	Staff were really accommodating and really looked after us, in particular arranging our room for early check-in as we arrived on train for Newcastle and needed to get ready for a Christmas party starting at 1pm. Nice and close to Central station, easy to find, fairly quiet and rooms were relatively large and no issues with cleanliness. The staff were great with letting us leave our bags with them the next morning while we took our hung-over bodies for breakfast before heading home again. 4.0 star rating	Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and well furnished. Despite being next to the train line the noise was very minimal. The apartment was fairly well cleaned but it did need a touch up in a few places with stains and marks on the walls but overall the cleanliness was good. The pool at the hotel was great and the gym was adequate. Staff were friendly but unfortunately not overly helpful.	Unfortunately housekeeping took a personal item from our room, mistaking it for the hotel linen. We reported this as soon as we were aware but after 3 days there was still no sign of the item and the hotel were unable to assist us with finding it. I have still not heard back from the hotel regarding this item despite them advising they would send it back to us. They said postage would be at our cost also which is not good given it was a mistake by their staff. The gym is on a concrete floor which means you are unable to do any floor exercise within this area. I don't believe the double door system on the rooms is suitable given opening and closing the first door disturbs 2 rooms rather than just one.	Anonymous	23 March 2016
