3.0 star rating		Some of the sugar packets were open in the tray. There was a moth in the kettle and small dust bunnies. The bathroom door was hard to close. Power socket behind the desk on the left would come out of the wall alittle as you pull out a cord and sometimes a cord would sit in it snug it would fall out.	Mel	24 October 2012

5.0 star rating	Fantastic location, close to Hyde Oark, Pitt Street Mall and short walk to Darling Harbour. Plenty of eating options on your doorstep. Rooftop lounge and pool clean. Great views from rooftop. Room quiet even though on the street side. Staff quickly fixed things when I was given a room other than what I had booked. 4.5 star rating	The location is next to almost everything you need.	The Shuttle service booked the wrong time even though the fellow told them my flight left at 13:00...and they booked for 14:10!! Could have lost our flight however the front desk got us a taxi that came fast and charged us a little less then what the shuttle bus was worth!	Anonymous	05 June 2016
