3.0 star rating		The hotel was undergoing renovations were had traveled for 36 hrs and we were very tired, however the noise was awful the drilling started at eight am and finished at five pm resulting in us having to exit the hotel, not what you wan't when all you wan't is to sleep and this go 's on till September so beware traveler. 4.0 star rating	The hotel is very clean, location is very convenience, walking to darling harbour just 5mins. The facilities are modern and new. The toliet is big with seperate bath and shower, which I like very much! And also, the staff are very friendly!	When I checkin, they gave me the smallest room on the floor, but when I request for change, they changed room for me immediately. There is only limited choice of TV chanels, and the TV is relatively small for the distace from bed. And also there is no swimming pool.	Yuki	08 January 2013

4.5 star rating	Staff were very helpful and friendly. Waiter at the restaraunt was outstanding.	The shower drain did not capture all the water and as a result the bathroom was awash after every shower.	T	15 January 2013
4.5 star rating	Undergone refurbishment in 2012 so new carpets, beds etc. Cleanline, contemporary furnishings. Very comfortable bed and great curtains blocking out light.	No pool		15 January 2013

3.0 star rating	Great location, very clean, Free internet on lobby computers.	Quite noisy. On one night was woken up at 4AM by room service who incorrectly delivered to wrong room. Also tried to change pillows as pillows in the room were extremely firm, every time the housekeeping changed the pillows they were even firmer ones. Gave up asking after the 2nd time. 3.0 star rating	some staff were welcoming	when we arrived were given a tiny dark room with a view of what looked like an alley laneway from room window. our door was cluttered with housekeeping buckets, mops, dirty laundry.
