4.5 star rating	Nice clean room ,king size bed , mini bar , large mirrors , TV with free channels , 2 card keys , tidy bathroom with amenities , swimming pool on the 14 th floor with gym , very friendly staff , central location on George street , easy access to central station and bus stand , china town nearby	Small compact bathroom -I didn't have any issues as the bathroom was always clean when we came back . 2.0 star rating	Free magazines and newspapers	We were very hopeful about our stay in this hotel and the lobby was lovely and presented nicely so we were led to believe it would be the case to have an enjoyable stay. We were checked in and upon reaching our floor were disgusted to see at least 20 room service trays and misc rubbish at most doors we walked past to get to our room, we entered our room to be greeted by a stench of cigarette smoke and even though it was a smoking room there was an unmistakable lingering smell that no amount of room spray could remove. There were also no ashtrays provided in a room that was a smoking room. There were dirty marks all over the walls and floors and stains in the bathroom that made us not want to use the shower for worry wed catch something from it. When ordering room service apart from the lack of options it was disheartening to find a menu dry, over cooked and unappealing that a McDonald's happy meal was more appealing. The swimming pool area wasn't much better, stains on the carpeting all the way up to the rooftop made you wonder what lay behind the door and even though the gym seemed well equipped, the supposed heated pool was cold and unenjoyable. For the price we paid we were totally disappointed and disgusted to stay here and wouldn't recommend this hotel to others and won't be visiting again	Lisa	01 October 2015
3.0 star rating	Good location next to Sydney Central station, easy access from airport and plenty of transport from here. Good cafes and restaurants nearby comfortable large bed	It is looking a little tired and worn on the room floors. Needs refurbishing. Rooms quite OK but nothing special Have to pay for internet at steep rates...seriously? A lot of people stay here including air-crews so it is a busy place	cK	25 September 2015
